Matthew Bassett Matt is a Registered Valuer, an Associate member of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers (ANZIV), a Senior Member of the Property Institute of New Zealand (SPINZ) and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Valuation and Property Management. Matt has nearly 20 years experience in the property industry and holds the relatively unique trifecta of Registrations as a Valuer, as a Property Consultant and as a Property Manager. |

Kristyn Bassett Kristyn (nee Cole, hence bassettcole) holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Victoria University, and a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies endorsed in Urban Valuation from Massey University. Kristyn has a keen interest in residential and lifestyle property and a real affinity with the Wairarapa region. Her valuation work allows her to combine and focus on these areas of interest. |
Both Kristyn and Matt were born and grew up in the Wairarapa and they have chosen to return here to live with their young family. bassettcole allows Kristyn and Matt the opportunity to utilise the knowledge and expertise they have in the property sector and knowledge of the region. |
